Getting Started

Now you can apply for iBankIslami Internet Banking with a simple 2 Step procedure.

STEP1: "REGISTER NOW"
(Online Internet Banking Registration)

A: On iBankIslami Internet Banking website and click on “Register Now“.

B: Enter your following information & carefully read “Terms & Conditions” before clicking on "Accept and Continue" Button.

  • CNIC:Your 13 digits Computerized National Identity Card Number (without dashes)
  • Registered Mobile Number:11 digits Mobile Number maintained with BankIslami
  • Email Address: This is optional but strongly recommended
  • Account Number:Your 15 digits Account Number (Without Dashes)
  • Captcha:The characters appearing in the box on the left

IMPORTANT:

Please note that you will not be able to register if any information is entered incorrectly or does not match with BankIslami records. It is advisable to please ensure your credentials (especially Mobile Number) is properly updated with BankIslami.

STEP2:"REGISTRATION VALIDATION"
(Creation of Password via OTP)

A:You will receive 4 Digit One-Time-PIN on your registered Mobile Number. You will have to enter the same and create your desired Password (must be at least 8 digits and alpha-numeric) and Confirm Password and click on the “Validate“ Button.

IMPORTANT:

Please ensure that your never share your password with anyone (including Bank Staff). BankIslami will never ask for your login related information via Phone, Email or Internet Pop-ups etc. In case of queries or complaints, feel free to Email your concerns at

STEP3:"ACTIVATION OF INTERNET BANKING"
(Activation through Phone Banking)

  • After validation, please call BankIslami Phone Banking 111-475-264 or 021-111-475-264 (if you are dialing via mobile phone) from your registered number and ask Phone Banking Officer for activation of Internet Banking.
  • Phone Banking Officer will verify the personal information and will inform you that Internet Banking will be activated by calling you back on your registered number.
  • You will receive a confirmation call on your registered number from BankIslami Phone Banking and will activate your Internet Banking upon your confirmation. (During call back BankIslami Phone Banking Officer will not inquire about any personal or account related details from you).

IMPORTANT:

It is your responsibility not to share your personal information i.e. CNIC, Date of Birth, Mother’s Maiden Name, Father’s Name, Office or Home Address, ATM/Debit Card Numbers, PIN, Card Expiry Date, 3 Digit CVV2 (printed on the back of Debit card) & especially the OTP of your Mobile App & Internet Banking with anyone claiming to be from Pak Army, BankIslami Staff, Government Official, BankIslami Staff, BISP, Lottery Winner etc. The bank shall not be liable to customer for any loss, damage, claims, etc arising out of anything happened due to breach of these Terms & Conditions by the customer.
